Nicola Harris....Your book, Magnolia House..... it is fab!! I thoroughly enjoyed it, I can't believe how much detail you put into the characters, I really felt I knew them. All I can say is hurry up with the next one!! .... Don't suppose you want to bring out an audio book???!!!!

I thought this was a nice book (though nice is not really the right word, and it doesn't do justice to my impression of it).
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Magnolia House and laughed out loud at the sink and tap description.
I look forward to reading more from this author, as I want to find out what happens to some of the characters..... more please!
The next title from this author is eagerly awaited by me.
If I hadn't been on holiday in Cornwall, then I would not have joined this reading group and I might never have had the pleasure of reading Magnolia House - which bears a very close resemblance to the house I am staying in......spooky or what!!

Joyce Wright from the Cornwall Visitor Reading Group........it is a delightful read, a very honest and direct story. I found the description of Jane Leonard's life, Pauline's understanding of hurtful situations and her ability to write such an intersting story so sensitively it brought tears to my eyes more than once.
