Kay from Manchester...I loved Satchfield Hall and could not put it down. I know as soon as I start to read a book if I am going to like it and I loved this one. My family will love to read it when I get back home. I'm now going to start reading Magnolia House.

Lynne Browning, Wales....I have just finished Magnolia House, and how I enjoyed it, from beginning to end, the characters were superb, especially Jane Leonard.
I loved the underlying sense of humor throughout the book, which made me laugh out load, but I also cried, I loved it and hope you write a sequel ? would love to read about the characters in their new life !

Cornwall Visitor Reading Group....Ann Tapping....
I thought this was a nice book (though nice is not really the right word, and it doesn't do justice to my impression of it).
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Magnolia House and laughed out loud at the sink and tap description.
I look forward to reading more from this author, as I want to find out what happens to some of the characters..... more please!
The next title from this author is eagerly awaited by me.
If I hadn't been on holiday in Cornwall, then I would not have joined this reading group and I might never have had the pleasure of reading Magnolia House - which bears a very close resemblance to the house I am staying in......spooky or what!!
